This is my edit of the 'My Generation' video. For this task I used Final Cut and applied the same technique as I did with the other lipsynch task with the two girls in the barn. For this task it seemed a slot esier to synch the songs because there are pips/ bleeps in each of the recordings and also in the actual song. I have left them in this video so that when I watch it back I am reminded of how to make it.
One technical problem we had was that the film was slightly stretched so it slowly became out of sync, therefore we could only edit around 30 seconds before needing to readjust the video to fit the audio. Hopefully this problem will get resolved by the time we get to record the real thing otherwise it'll take much longer than it needs to.
Finally, as we were told to personalise our videos, I added an intro wave pattern from my shapes video and then made a quick animation using the pen tool in photoshop and exporting those frames.
